Best stain resistant steel for mirror finish
This may be a little "off subject" for this forum.
I hardly ever will use the term, "Best steel", for anything but in this case I believe it does apply. Although it appears to be quite common in Europe, RWL34 is still not as common over here, "across the pond". From what I have found, if you want to have a stainless steel that takes a mirror finish that looks like a pool of mercury AND has good performance, this steel simply can't be beat. I don't think that I could ever, with a clear conscience, do anything other than a mirror finish with this steel. I believe Michael Walker is the US distibutor, though I go over to Canada to get mine.
