couple of knives

this is one made out of a leaf spring 13 inch long 1 in and half wide

this one had a file core with a diffrent set of leaf spring and the handl are unknow

Sounds like you are doing lots of forge welding R U using charcoal?
They both look great - bet that Bowie is a real chopper

I use mesquite logs and let them burn no to charcaol

It turns to charcoal as it burns in the fire. I fogred 1 blade with oak wood .
Charcoal has less somke
