what else would you call hanging out in a 200+ year old smithy with your master forging away contentedly with a woodstove keeping the place cozy while the wind and snow whipped up a frenzy outside, not to mention the iron skillet goodness of sausages of dubious providence sizzlin away! oh yeah!

been talking to the forts BoD about doing a hammer-in in 2009, keep you all posted!

hehehe, thats Ft Klock's blacksmiths shop in upstate NY near St. Johnsville...
btw if anyones local and would care to help the Ft they really do operate on a shoestring and could use firewood and coal.
