First knife after LONG break! Picture included!

After a year long wait I have finally returned to knifemaking. I now have a nice shop setup with a decent assortment of knifemaking tools.(Shop pics coming soon!) My good friend and fellow maker Chris Crawford and I decided to see if we could make a small fixed-blade knife in one night's work. So, with a LOT of help from Chris here's the result:




OAL: 5-1/4'' Blade Length: 2-3/4'' Flat ground blade is O1, nickel-silver bolsters, black linen micarta scales with bronze pins. It's a small knife but it fits nicely in the hand and the bolsters add just enough weight to make it feel "right" in the hand. We started about 6pm and with an hour or so break for some din-din we finished putting the hand rubbed finish on the blade around 1am.
