Lightbulb Need help to identify this old one

I have been looking for any information or input about a knife(dagger) I purchased at a flea market. I was hoping that someone could shed some light on what I have or maybe point me in the right direction.
It appears to be made in Mexico, because on one side by the hilt it says "Hecho En" and the other side by the hilt it says "Mexico". along one side of the blade it has the name "Carolina". There is decorative markings all along both sides of the blade.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. If anyone thinks they might be about to help please contact me and I can share the photos I have.
slbarker58@gmail.com.

Thanks in advance.

There isn't much information that's going to be available. Flea market, Hecho En Mexico, that pretty much says it all. Cheap dagger. Hope you didn't pay much.

Lightbulb Thanks for responding

Thank you for your reply. I only paid $1 for the knife. I do have photos, but can't seem to post them here. The knife/dagger isn't new by any means. Seems to be hand forged. I haven't cleaned it, as I don't want to do anything that might hinder any value. I have seen similar ones online.
Thanks again,
