Great video!
Steve, Finally bought and watched your sub hilt video. Never thought I could pull one off! I've made some symmetrical daggers, but thought the sub hilt was something i would have to have hands on training for.

I hope that is is of some assistance. Any questions, just ask, OK? I do use the Trizact "Tractor" belt for the 400x step in polishing, FYI.

Thank you very much. I'm sure I'll have more questions, like why am I doing this again??? I am a FAN of trizact belts, and now cork belts. I have tried every belt configuration series to achieve a good mirror polish and none work as good as your cork belt method. I wish I had tried it years ago. Again thanks for sharing.

Never hurts to experiment, but sometimes the answer is right there. We all live and learn. I'm sure there is still a better way, but haven't found it yet.
Thank you for your kind words. __________________ http://www.srjknives.com NRA Endowment Member Knifemakers' Guild Member since 1971 "May you live all the days of your life." - Jonathan Swift |
