2 chefs knives.
Just wanted to share what I've been working on. A 7 inch and an 8 inch chefs knife. 154 cm steel. Brass and desert ironwood handles.

I am favoring the top one. The rounded bottom of the bolster would appear to be easier on the fingers. Did you use 3/32" stock? Dan |
