The early Top locks Bokers came with pocket cut and hole in the blade no spring the later ones the bade was not drilled both could be converted with a little work.

Thumbs up

Just to add my voice to the growing chorus, what would I be willing to do? Whatever is necessary! When can I start?

I Have ordered the GX6 and I am going to convert this. The springs are easy to get and the pushbutton seems the way to go. Any tips on doing this?

We are done with the design.
What do you want to see in this convertable?
The blade length is 3.6.

how about a tanto or spear point blade option.mabey leaving the thumb stud off would be good. it might save some time and money on your side. also make it easyer for us to put a finnish on the blades.what type of lock are we talking axis, liner, frame? how about making the blades pivot hole big enuff to fit the DR - Precision Pivot Assembly that is sold on knifekits.com. DiamondWeave G-10 pre cut scales would be nice!mabey even some fibermascus scales. the stuff looks good. i would love to see them make a graphite/kevlar(alternating layers of each) compsite for knife handels it mould look like some sick yello and black super g10
http://www.fibermascus.com/
by the way are we talking a full kit or just a drop in backspine for the existing kits?
thats all i can think of for now

once you relese it i would post a notice on this forum im sure thay would go wild for it
http://www.talkblade.info/index.php
as well as this one
http://forums.delphiforums.com/Knife101/start

by the way thanks for the call the other day. i tryed to use a hammer and punch to fix the stripped thredds in the liner of my ev4n like you suggested but my tap was stripped. it definetly looked like its going to work the metal around the stripped hole moved well.

Justice,
We are leaving the thumbers off from the DDR3 kit blades.
We feel that the customers are right and this will help everyone.

The locking system on the knife I really do not want to go into at this point.
I feel it will be very acceptable and work well.

As for blade shapes we have not decided on this point yet.
We will have this point taken care of in a day or two.

When it comes to handle materials we try to stay with materials that we can get a hold of when we need them off the shelf from the manufacturer. Other items are very risky and make it hard to keep the items in stock.

We are coming out with MIKE NORRIS stainless steel Damascus for the Typhoon, DDR3 series, GPC1000, and the GX6.
