Love SEDONA!!!
Hi Guys,
My wife and I visited Sedona over the Holidays. We stayed at the Enchantment Resort (just two days). The resort is located in Boynton Canyon, and surronded on three side by the most beautiful redstone cliffs I'v e ever seen. My wife got out of bed one morning, looked out the window at the landscape and said "it's like looking at the face of God." and she was right. Tai, I thought about calling you, as we've never met and i wanted to say hello, but it was Christmas day and I didn't feel right about it. In any case, its a gorgious place and i'd love to buy a small place out there, so if any of you guys who live in that area ever seen a place which would make an old knife maker happy, let me know. Dave,
I've only been to Arizona once, and I loved it. So much diversity in the landscape as you move south to north, and up in elevation. I was out visiting relatives with a friend of mine, starting just south of Phoenix to visit her aunt, then to Cave Creek to the north to visit my aunt, then Sedona and on to Williams to catch the old train to the Grand Canyon. I really enjoyed the red rocks of Sedona. I hiked back in about 12 miles to see some natural bridges. I took a lot of pictures of the rock formations, got back to Ohio, and found out that the lens mount on my camera had come loose, leaking light. (That's the thing that finally convinced me to go digital). Anyway, beautiful country that I hope to go back to someday. Nathan |

I agree. It's easily one of the top five MOST beautiful places in the US. I've been there about 4 times, but only stayed overnight once. Took the ubiquitous Pink Jeep tour because of time limitations and we learned far more than had I not.
I always check out Montezuma's well when around there. Tuscon is what, 6 hours away? You should have stopped in to see Tai.... Been to Tuscon, too. The desert is just as wonderful in it's spaciousness. Thanks for the reminder of a beautiful place. Coop |

Yes, it's nice up there!
I have some in-laws that live up that way on a ranch. I try to get up there a couple few times a year. If you are ever out this way again, stop in and say hi. |

Same, here. The Gooey One and I are only about half an hour's drive apart.

Thanks for the invite, Guys. I have a sister-in-law in Tuscan, so I expect to be out that way in the future. I'd love to meet both of you.
