French chef's knife
[IMG][/IMG]I don't always make dirks, Bowies and other implements of destruction. I made this chef's knife for an old friend of mine as a surprise Un-Birthday Present. He always said that someday, when he had enough money, he'd buy one of my knives. Having been a cook for years, I knew he'd never earn enough, so I just made this for him!
O-1 steel, edge-quenched, with mosaic pins and synthetic marble scales. Not being noticeably sane, I gave it a mirror polish. My buddy Sean was delighted! __________________ Charles D. Prokopp NT Neo_Devo Limpin' Cat Prokopp "Deo erexit Voltaire" |
