first in a set....
kitchen knife sets seem to be in season. I showed off this 7" boning knife and was instantly asked to do a 2.5" paring knife and a 10" chef to go with it.
steel is 52100 416 stainless pins and bolsters lignum vitae handle material. I'm going to need to go but a huge chunk-o-meat to try it out on |

Very nice. Kitchen knives are always in season, half my output was kitchen knives. Lots of people hunt and fish and go camping but everybody has a kitchen.......

thanks ray.
ive got a 6.5" chef blade I'm putting through some abuse testing. preforms great at chopping through a 2x4, so I'm guessing it should do ok on a cabbage too. now the 10.5" version ought to be quite impressive. |
