$50.00 EDC, One Shot Deal

Hey Folks, I know how bush this sounds, but I value all your opinions. I can spend 50 bucks (give or take) for whatever I'll be carrying for the next however long.
I'd like;
Assisted opening. Min 3"+ blade, no serrations. Some decent sorta steel. Nothing so pretty I'd feel bad if it got "all uglied up" from work.
Hell, who am I kidding?
I got fifty bucks and wanna get the greatest EDC that there is. I'm in here (TKN) all the time, so I know you guys know which end is up. I dunno, SOG, Benchmade, what? If I were you (or you, me), what would you get? Help me out here, K?

Camillus Heat is really nice and would fit the bill.

But why not consider going to Knifekits and making one of the EDC's they have? If nothing else, it will make it your personal EDC!!
