New Fillet Knife
A client requested a fillet knife with a double guard so that he could more easily use it blade up or down. This is what I came up with.
![]() Specs: Steel: ATS-34 Mirror Finished Blade Length: 6 3/4" from plunge line OAL: 12" Bolsters: 416SS Mirror Finished Handle: Blue G10 Pins: 416SS & Mosaic It's kind of difficult to see in the pic but the blade has a slight upsweep at the tip. My customer wanted the straight line on the end of the bolsters and also blue g10. I was initially skeptical of this but now that it's done I like it. Thanks guys.
The new owner likes the pics he's seen. Will be good to hear how he likes it when it arrives, long journey to Australia though so it'll be a while befoe I hear.
