A Fathers Day Knife.

This is actually one of my knives from my first batch a few months ago. It has been about 95% finished for a couple months now but with all of the home renovations I have been doing lately I haven't had time to work on any knives. I took a few hours the other day to do the final finishing so that it would be ready for Sunday. The plan from the beginning was to give it to my father in law. The cool thing about it is that he picked everything about it without even knowing that it is even going to be his. Whenever he would stop by I would have him hold it and tell me how it feels and if I should change anything or what kind of handle material I should use because "I can't make up my mind". Well here it is with nickel silver pins and bolsters and black palm scales.



I will attempt to make a sheath for it when I get some time and he will have to bring it by for my mark when I find my stencils.(Wife moved them and doesn't remember where). Let me know what you guys think and thanks for looking and hope all you fathers out there had a good fathers day!
