Tom, What diameter, thickness, and how many teeth per inch is the solid carbide saw you are using to cut the long slot in the frame?. Also, how deep is the relief cut supposed to be?. Is there a fixed depth for the relief cut ,or is there a minimun on thickness of the material that is left for bending the frame lock?. T.I.A.
