Hi Ron!

Kelly Cupples in Yakima, Wa has about the best selection/price on powdered steels/alloys. He also carries a great selection of barstock.

His phone number is: 509-949-5231

Both Kelly Cupples and Aldo Bruno have some of the best prices in the industry as far as supplying steel to knifemakers goes. I placed an order a few years ago with Kelly and he took the time to call me to address any questions I had and to clarify my order. I haven't ordered from Aldo yet, but he has the same reputation.
