Deluxe knife (I process complete )

Friends of the forum; some days ago I consulted as showing a knife and Don Cowles offered. I have thought it better and I eat our friend Cowles, he/she should have a lot of work and little free time. I will Show the pictures without explanations of the process, during several days (in total they are 58 pictures, with a total of 5,3 megas )
Those friends of the forum that want to consult or to ask something on the process, will respond to their questions.

Thanks to all and it is my desire that they like the knife.
A hug to my friend Don Cowles.

Montejano, I am afraid that your fotos will be unavailable for viewing here unless you happen to be online. Yahoo is like that, even for other members. I had to purchase a differnet online foto album service in order to post.

Perhaps someone could recommend one of the free services. I hope you don't give up, I am anxiously awaiting your fotos!

Montejano,

Yet again your work jusy amazes me. The intricacy and detail of your work astounding.

I do have a couple of questions, what material is it that you are inlaying into the handle? Are the inlays glued in place or are the pressure fitted?

Chris Nilluka

Montejano,

Thank you friends

Chris
The embedded material is coral and he/she goes adjusted to the holes of the German nickel; besides going plaster with "very strong epoxi. it Also takes two lateral foils of 1,5 mm, for what the coral is embedded and encased.
Thank you

Montejano

Gracias amigos

Chris
El material incrustado es coral y va ajustado a los huecos de la alpaca ; adem?s de ir pegado con " epoxi "muy fuerte .Tambi?n lleva dos chapas laterales de 1,5 mm , por lo que el coral queda incrustado y encajonado .
Gracias
Montejano

Julie has offered her services to host the photos if there are any more posting issues, and I will be happy to act as interpreter if there are any questions that seem to be muddied by machine translation. Please don't hesitate to ask if these should come up- I'll monitor this thread regularly.

Many thanks and a hug to my friend Antonio for his ongoing willingness to share his art with us.

Super job! Thank you, Montejano, for bringing that to us! Now, MORE MORE!

Thanks to Julie and Don for web space and translation, respectively. (Yeah, I think we were all pretty sure he didn't mean to say "...eat our friend Cowles...") The on-line translators are pretty bad.
