Looking For Vendor Data Sheet on 5160
Does anyone have a link to a 5160 data sheet? I am most interested in normalizing temperature. I am guessing about 1650 F but don't know.
Thanks. RL |

nate,
Thanks a bunch my freind but a couple others have come to my rescue on the ol'spring steel 5160. I was most concerned with normalizing temp.. That has been shown to me since I posted (1600 F in case anyone else is interested). I appreciate you trying to help me out Nate. RL |

This thread was interesting to me because I recently ordered several feet of 5160 from Kelly Cupples (nice guy by the way, and good service). I've done some initial pounding, and like the way it moves. Not quite like butter as some have said, but better than some 1095 I have. The normalizing temp is good info as that's the next step for me. Thanks!
