San Mai Mini Santoku
I just finished this knife for a Canadian customer. When the sheath's ready next week, it'll fly up North!
 4 1/2" blade, 9" overall length (52100 core and 1085 and 416 sides) Great ergonomics for extended use.       Thanks for looking! Regards, Ariel

Wow ! That is quite astounding. I like the shape and the overall integral concept. You are pattern welding 416SS with 1084 ? Jason.
