Getting ready to order a second SS can someone explain a little more about how to drill for the spring ie do I drill all the way through or part way ?and was wondering if I need the spade drill bit or can I get away with a regular style bit ?also I see a backspine listed for the SS but cant seam to find it on the site.thanks in advance,

Drill all the way through the blade. You need the spade bit because the blade is hardened.
