VTD 2X72's

These are our hobby 2X72 belt grinders. Although, many of our local smiths have been using them more as a commercial grinder. I'm quite proud of them. Having a background in fabrication, I started building belt grinders just over 12 years ago, for myself and a handful of friends and family interested in knife making and fabrication. Less than a year ago, I started researching the newest developments in the 2X72 grinder market and found with the exception of adding VFD's to the grinders, there was relatively little change over the years. After making a list of minor changes and improvements to my own design, which I borrowed from other builders a little here and a little there, this is what I came up with. Subtle changes here and there have made grinding feel brand new again. I'm now building and selling grinders full time in Canada, as well as the US. We have our website being released in early July (we were originally hoping to have it up and running at the end of June) and will be offering our own lineup of accessories and attachments. We're having a lot of fun!

We have a commercial 3 arm grinder being released in July also. Our Waterjet facility has been cutting components for our stock for the last 2 weeks. We'll be able to hit the ground running. Our hobby grinder and commercial isn't going to turn the grinding over on its ear or anything like that, nor have we ever claimed it would. We are simply happy to be in a position to offer smooth grinders and attachments without trying to empty out knife smiths and fabricators pockets.

I've tried reloading the photos with Imgur, but I can get them to show up??? Had them posted with Photobucket, until they wanted a kings ransom to host them...
