Identify this knife
From what I've been able to search up is that this is an old letter opener, a friend of mine wanted me to figure out what the knife is since his grandfather left it to him. I've seen many knives that were similar but were never exactly the same. This is the only picture I have but if you need a better one I can ask him for it.
It is about six inches or so, as said I can probably ask for a size example with like a penny or something.  The price of the blade doesn't matter since it is sentimental, but if you can get an accurate price that would be nice to know as well.
