Harrison Bros & Howson

Hello. Can anyone help us with information on a knife that we found in a resale shop? It looks to be made in Victorian (V - R) England. It says, below the V [crown] R, HARRISON BROS & HOWSON/ CUTLERS TO HER MAJESTY. It is 13.5 inches long, keeps and incredible edge, and the handle appears to be either bone or ivory. Any help on this would be much appreciated. I suspect the picture that I am trying to send is not going to appear.

Harrison Brothers and Howson were one of the biggest cutlery firms in Sheffield by 1900. The firm probably started around 1810. Harrison move to America and the firm faded away between the wars. Some of them pop up from time to time on http://www.sheffield-gb.com
