Moderator maintenace on forums?

I was trying to delete some old posts on my forums and discovered that I cannot make them go away....I used to be able to delete posts, but it seems now all I can do is close/lock them, and they remain visable. Any help is appreciated.

Try it again, Ed.

Anyone else having the same problem, let me know which username and forum.

Thanks!

Alex

Thanks Alex! Whatever magic you worked.........I now have a "physically delete" button available. Probably something you had to add for a computer dummy like me.

I just noticed something else.... I tried to put a smiley at the end of that message, and none of them are working?
