Ripping DVDs
Hi guys,
I travel a bit with the Reserves & I like to watch movies on my laptop but it's a pain to carry tons of DVDs. Is there any program that would allow me to transfer them onto my laptop? I've checked out the down load sites but those seem to be rentals with limited time spans on any thing but TV series. Also my laptop is a standalone so I would have to transfer through a thumb drive (mines 8 gig) but both Amazon & Itunes doesn't like multiple copies of a file. I'm not interested in making copies or any thing just easier storage. Thxs, Jim __________________ I cook with a flair for the dramatic, and depraved indifference to calories |

Drac,
On a Mac try a search for MactheRipper On a PC try Ripit4me These products are designed to backup DVDs you have legally purchased for personal use onto your hard drive. (if anyone was wondering) Mike |
