First friction folder finished
Hi guys
So i finished my first friction folder. If you wouldn't mind, I would like to hear your thoughts about it, so I can improve :-) Blade and back spacer is o2 steel. Brass liners and brass pins. Black canvas reinforced epoxy scales. Some of my knows issues that i need to improve on is: Correct assembly of scales and liners. There is a bit og side ot side play in the blade. The centering if off due to only having 0.03" fiber washers that i needed to sand down to fit, I scratched the blade during sharpening and assembly.... I'm pretty pleased with the design. The handle shape fits my hand really well. Here are some of the images: Last edited by Rasmus Kristens; 10-07-2017 at 03:43 PM. |
