I believe Halpern Titanium still does that plus laser cutting.

Great Lakes is as good as it gets for me. No one around here was interested in my small order stuff, but Dave was more than happy to help me.

I send him steel and he cuts me blanks with holes in the tang (roughest finish since I finish all the edges anyway) and I spend about $5 per blank.

This is interesting and I've even considered it with one of my patterns. WHat type of drawing did you have to provide?

I emailed him my detailed drawing with a scale for referrence. I left NOTHING for interpretation--I;m very particular that way.

Dave rendered it as a CAD drawing and emailed it back for my review. I held my original and the print out of his CAD rendering up to the light together, and it was as near to a perfect match as could be expected and better.
