Hi All,

Just crusing the internet and found a site to convert a Milwaukee Porta Bandsaw. Only fits the Milwaukee brand deep throat saw. Maybe this may help someone. www.swagoffroad.com. Hope this helps.

I'm with Cadillac on this one. If you don't have the scrap material and the insite and ability to make your own stand for a portaband, you've not been a knifemaker very long.

I recommend AGAINST buying those bolt on, pre-made adapters/stands. I've seen/used a few of them, and they are not worth the money. They are somewhat flimsy, and the support for the main weight of the saw isn't enough in my opinion.

I recommend building your own....it will be a far better stand.

I made my own, works great. Still use it occassionally even though I have full size one.
