First set of kitchen knives

Utility knife: OAL 9 3/4", Blade 5",CPM 440C 59RC, two tone G10, stainless pins. Tapered Tang.
Chefs Knife: OAL 13 1/2", Blade 9",CPM 440C 59RC two tone G10, Stainless pins. Tapered Tang.
Both have orange liners.
Cleaver: OAL 11", Blade 6 1/2", CPM M4 59RC, stabilized amboyna burl. Tapered Tang, Black liners.
Sushi Knife: OAL 15 1/2", Blade 10 1/2", CPM S35VN 61 RC, Buffalo horn and Desert Ironwood, Red Spacer, Hidden Tang.
These were all treated by Peter Heat Treat. Quite a project, 6 Months with the day job and all.

Those should make somebody very happy, nice job! I'm not sure how that low angled handle on that cool looking cleaver will work in real life, you'll have to let us know on that ...
