Switchblade mechanism info please!!!

I have been making all sorts of different knifes for the past 5 years, including different types of folders. I feel that it is now time to move on to something more challenging. I therefore need as much info as possible on different types of meganisms for automatically opening folders. Any diagrams and plans will be much appreciated as well as technical advice. Any ideas on which is the most reliable design? I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all my knives and I do not want comebacks due to mechanical mulfunction.

Chris Crawford sells a video (VHS or DVD) on how to build a scale release auto. I found it a very well made instructional video.

Thanx. Will contact him. Might find it a bit expensive at current exchange rate.
