Texas Assisted Opening Law

Can someone direct me the to law in Texas as to "assisted opening" knives in Texas.
Everything say "switchblade". The ones where the blade rotates 180 degrees when opening. Exaplme would be the Kershaw. Another example would be "knifes have a stud on the blade, not the handle "

I hav been selling them for years and never thought about it not being OK.

Thanks for the help.

Steven

(11) ?Switchblade knife? means any knife that has a blade that folds, closes, or
retracts into the handle or sheath, and that:
(A) opens automatically by pressure applied to a button or other device
located on the handle; or
(B) opens or releases a blade from the handle or sheath by the force of
gravity or by the application of centrifugal force.
This definition includes a ?butterfly knife?.

I have offended wonder how assisted opening blades got away with it here in Texas. I guess because you have to push the BLADE not HANDLE.
