I think the deep fried butter would make a good bun to hold a deep fried Twinkie. It's the delicate art of combining foods to exploit the flavors.

YHis is all old hat in Scotland. They've been deep-frying everything there for many years.

Hey it sounds pretty good to me. Don't worry about the choloesterol or anything, that is why God made Lipitor. Works for me.

I was dropping my kid off a daycare yesterday & another dad was talking about smoking babyback ribs & then deep frying them.....is that going too far?

I know what he wants, that sear crust, but you can get a better one just cranking up the heat. I guess the only advantage of a deep fryer would be less chance of burning the dry rub seasonings.
