hi. my name is richard. i go by richard j or rj for short. i started making knives back in the early 90's and made quite a few knives until i had to quit due to health and physical problems. i did make one every now and then and back in 01 i made 3 but wore out my belt sander beyond repair. earlier this year my friend charlie helped me rebuild my sander and make a couple of disc sanders as well. i make my knives out of cultivator discs which are 1075 high carbon steel. thanks for taking the time to read this. richard j.
