Perhaps we could use the CKD part of the graphic used in the header of the forum pages.

A name tag with CKD logo would be perfect.
I don't do hats, and my table is full.
Mike, can you check this out for us and get some quotes or something?
I'm definitly in.8o

Well, without having a fixed quanity to tell the folks I have talked with , it is difficult to get prices from them. I have been looking into a few places that deal in smaller quanities, but they either do buttons and dont do hats,t-shirts,....

If anyone has resources/connections with vendors that can do this for us,please see what they can do.

What are we talking about exactly. Embroidery, silkscreen (for the hats) and are we only looking at hats, buttons, pins, badges or signs?

I belive there is an interest in all that you have mentioned.
Finding one place that could offer all has been a challenge as well.

I still think we need to start off with some simple name tags to wear at the shows.
This other stuff can come later as interest builds, right?
We need a place that can make probably 20-50 name tags to start. That should get it going.
I would buy some hats to give to my customers, but we first need to be able to be identified with CKD.
Shows would be a perfect place to get publicity for CKD, Alex should be involved in the heavy promotion stuff like hats and shirts. This IS his puppy

Alex if your around I would like to get some camera ready art work for the logo. I have a friend that does this kind of thing and I can check with him. He has done small projects for me in the past.

I guess I be real nice and let him win a couple of hands next time we play poker .

Thanks Michael,
Without a quanity it was hard/difficult to get any prices from our normal vendors.

Gene and Pat,
Who/whom does the shirts for you?

Men,

I have people that do all of this type of work for us. We're looking into hats, shirts and other assorted items that we can pass around. I'm not going to ask you guys to handle this. We have plenty of money and resources to get this done, it's just a matter of time and coordination. I have several businesses that will be getting similar merchandise at the same time, so it's a matter of getting all of them together at one swoop for a single production run.

I'm pretty hardcore about the quality of the merchandise I'll accept with my name on it, so this is something that I'd prefer to hash out with the manufacturer directly to insure that we're getting the best.

Logos, things like that, that's our business ... no need to worry there.

Thanks, however! You guys are impressive!

Alex
