times are based on Greenwich Mean Time (near London longitude), Gib. The local time that you see at the bottom of each thread is based on the delta-time of your geographic location - that is, the time differential between where you are (or where you say you are in your user profile) and GMT.

Gib,
  • Click on the "User CP" at the top of the forums to access your profile.
  • Once in , select "Edit options".
  • Finally, scroll down until you see the drop down menu labeled "Time offset:". From that menu select your time zone. That will straighten out the times you see displayed.

Gib, pick California as the time zone. AZ is actually not in there, as we don't have a daylight savings time.
In the fall, when Calif., goes back the pacific standard time, THEN reset it for mountain standard time.
