Appearance Considerations

One thought I had was that if the appearance of the forum differs greatly from the appearance of the actual CKD then people will have that difference greatly established in their heads...

...which might keep more of them from perusing and purchasing our work there!

Thumbs down

The whole thing is getting a face lift. One step at a time ... still have to pay the bills and keep the bad guys off me

I hear ya...

Speaking of which I have some money to send you!

I was actually thinking that you might be changing the appearance of the new forums since there was some discussion of doing that earlier in this thread... the last thing I want you to have to do is more work, Alex!

I have no idea how you do it as is...

Cool and exciting, Alex, and you know I'll do anything I can to help out!

Spell checkers never seem to work. They always slow things down way to much.

So far I like things just the way they are. Well done.

Question mark all forums read

Is it possible to get a "mark all forums read" on the main index page. I usually go thru most forums, there are only 2 or 3 I don't go to regularly. It would be a nice feature to mark them read for my next visit.

Jerry,
That's already implemented. The "Mark All Forums read" link is at the bottom of the main index page.

Shoot, no problem bro. I myself only just noticed that each individual forum has a "Mark this Forum Read" at the top.

We're all just test driving this baby and figuring it out as we go.
