Both the first and the last pictures are pictures of the new Dynamic Knife Designs "Swinguard" Auto, made by master blade grinder Wayne R. Clark (of past Protech fame). If you are interested in these knives the "DKD Swinguard" is available for purchase at: http://www.dynamicknifedesigns.com
Also, on that site is a Limited Edition, numbered, "DKD Phantom I" this is a similar knife but they are numbered and they have "PHantom" etched on the blade.
