J.L. Williams Sneak Peek
OK, the knife is finished and on it's way to Jessica. Here are some updated pics. I didn't have time for real studio pics so these will have to do. Enjoy!
Shelia Williams Ok Everyone, Lee has finally broke out the new toy I bought him for Christmas! Here are a few "in progress" pics. I took these as I walked through the shop yesterday on my way out the door. Hope you enjoy the "Titanium Melting Flame" design (my name for it). This one is for Jessica Bybee and it should be with her in Vegas (that is if I don't lay claim to it!) It looks like the madness has just started at a higher level. I'm sure we will all be seeing more of the artistic side of Lee as he has plenty in that head of his. Yes, I'm probably a little bias, but this stuff Rocks! I will post more pics when it's finished. The flames and "melt" are really good looking, the handle shape looks very comfortable, and I can't wait to see the blade. I hate to say this, but feel that it needs to be pointed out. Eye protection in this kind of work is very important. Down time with an eye injury really stinks.

What a great art form! Lee is setting a new standard looks like. To bad about the photos, this knife deserves the best (Coop!). If Lee gets tired doing this fine detail art to knives, he could become the first "Artistic Dentist" using that tool like he does! Talk him into some eye protection one of these days, I think that thing spools up to 1/4 million rev's, at least he's keeping it out of his lungs. I am really impressed with this Lee and Shelia!

Believe it or not, he usually has eye protection on all the time. Not sure what the deal was this day, but I did mention it to him today. Shelia |
