Latest Damascus knife

Well, after a long dry spell, here is my latest creation. Let me know what you think.



It's got a 3.5" blade of 1080/15N20 in a Lazy Twist pattern, stabilized dyed maple burl handles and mosaic pin.

Alrighty Mike! It's about time you finish a knife...

Actually it's quite nice. I love the definition in the damascus. Is this from the billet that you made?

Now you just need to get your press done so we... I mean you, can start making some mosaics and such...

Chris, yes it's from the bar that I made last year. Believe me, as soon as that press is up and running I'm going to have some friends over so we can all squish some steel! So get your pattern ideas ready.
