Today's work....toward Blade
Although there not completely done yet, the pic gives the gist of what I got done today (had one of my "good" days today).
The ironwood handle will get carved/textured, the burl gets 10-12 coats of tru-oil, and the bowie blade needs etched (it's a laminate blade of Ws/nickel/Mosaic) then coated with clear Gun-Kote, the hardware is getting a coating of "gun metal blue" Gun-Kote. Then just have to pray that I can glue the stag on the bowie up straight.

That's because they are being worked on now! OK......if you gotta have folders.....how's this......
 Now you won't know what they will end up looking like until the preview.....or Thursday evening in the hotel room....whichever comes first!
