$3 Antique store find

I got this dagger from an antique store for $10. The only thing the owner could tell me was he thought the hilt could possibly be ivory. I couldn't find any marks beyond the inscriptions on the metal part of the sheath and possibly a symbol on the leather. Any information would be great. Thanks
