If anyone has the above knife, I would appreciate their opinion of it, etc; Thanks!

I don't have one, but from everything I have heard from people that DO own the knife, LOVE it.

Hi berettaman12000. This is my first post here. I have one of the Spyderco Moran fixed blades in the drop point. It is this one, http://spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=43. It is a very nice knife. Not a huge knife, but not a small one either. It has a nice stout, strong blade and a comfortable handle. It comes with a nice Kydex sheath. I have never used mine, but I think it is a fine knife.

Hi,

I have the upswept blade model and use it almost daily. Wicked slicer with a thin blade and convex edge. Great steel. IMO, the best bang for the buck in a production fixed blade.

Cuts all media well.
