Model 5 Bear Camp Special
Here a Model 5, that is a bit different
The model was called a Bear Camp Special. There were, IIR, about 40 of them made for a person called Peter Stebbins. I don't have the whole story in front of me. But he wanted a outdoors knife, with certain specs. He ordered them through a dealer in the NE USA. I am fortunate enough to have SN 1. I bought it a the Blade Show in 2008. __________________ ----------- Rod Brown RKS 3846 |

Rod...great looking Randall, I remember reading about this knife somewhere...maybe in a back issue of the RKS Newsletter...and that handle material look's like the 'old Westinghouse Ivory Micarta'...
