switch blade laws

maybe this is not the best place to ask these but anyone here know laws regarding the legality of switch blades in different states? i know they are not legal in NY and CA, but how about anywhere else?

in less time than it took to type the question, you can search "knife carry laws" then search by state.

no i ask that because i realize that it cannot be shipped to some states, but it is legal in some states. so basically i can carry it in person, but i cannot ship it in some states. does that make sense to you? took a while for me to comprehend that lol...

Which states is it illegal to ship too, but legal to carry in? If it's not legal to ship it there then it most likely is illegal to carry it there. Just a rule of thumb. Also a spring assisted knife is legal in NY, but not the City and cannot be over 4", leastways that's what my SIL told me, but they live up near Watertown.

Since November 1st it is legal,to carry switchblades in Oklahoma.
