What would you call this knife?

I'm trying to figure out more about this knife and I figure a forum like this might be a good place to start. I don't really know anything about this knife, i.e. is it handmade? Is there some way to identify the maker?

Err, impractical? A prop maybe? Dunno there's an actual name for that style, looks like a wall hanger someone made to look cool

I've seen stuff like that in Mexico City, made for tourists.

I made a set of sheaths for one very similar to that for the "The Walking Dead" series last year (do a lot of sheath work for them). Can't post a pic due to contract.
Definitely not a favorite of mine, but they use a lot of weird cutlery on that show. It's been a challenge sometimes fitting leather to several of them.
The one I worked with was not well made and appeared to be a production tourist trinket.
