I have a nice set of knives from Utah knifemaker Ed Manning.


Blades have a nice satin finish, and handles are amboina burl, with red liners in between. The blades are A2 tool steel.
Also the bolsters on the larger one are nickel silver.

Both fit in the leather sheath.
