Cord wrapped handle

I have a customer who wants his knife handle cord wrapped.

I know this isn't the right forum, but can someone point me in the direction of somebody who will do this for him?

you have probably already seen it by now, but there is a pretty good piece on this subject in Blade Magazine, August 2005, page 124.
