Leather Fastener Posts
Instead of the regular snaps I have seen people using what looks like posts with a slip in the leather that slips over the ball on this post. Where can I get some of these to try out?

Lot of times I make my own when I want a more custom look. Tandy's are ok but not always what I want (that and they think they are gold plated).
