Nylon and Kydex
I have a special project I am working on that requires Nylon and Kydex for the Sheath. I need it to be silent so I am looking for a way to line the Kydex or find some that is already lined. I also need a supplier for the heavy weight Nylon used on Tactical Sheaths.
This is all way out of the normal stuff I work with so any help finding these materials will be appriciated. Daniel |

Dan, you can try these guys for the Nylon, as I have heard good things about them.
http://www.diytacticalstore.com/catalog/ For Kydex, I would contact Mike Sastre at http://www.rivercitysheaths.com/ I hope this helps and I am looking forward to finally meeting you at Blade. Dave Cole |

I have glued tried gluing leather and felt to kydex, both w/success. Mold it to the knife with a loose peice of chosen material and glue it after( or the heat might wreck the bond)
Good luck |
