What's your EDC??

Which one?
And what's your carrying mode/pants? Left, right, cross-draw, small-of-back?
. . . Just curious . . .

Let's share some pics . . .

Todate, mine is a "shaved" Basic #3, in a home-made pants, in the right, back pocket.

Sweet! Love them Basic 3's, handy looking. When I can I am toting my Meaner Street in a high ride leather sheath, others its my little Custom Shop Active Duty. I want to make a nice comfy carry for my fatty Straight Handle Badger sometime soon.

When its only good to carry a folder, untill Jerry finally lets his folder go , I carry either my Large Sebbie, or my Strider AR. GOtta make a case for that AR before it chews my pocket to bits!

The ONLY thing that I don't like a bout this Basic #3, and other SMALL busse's is that, the choil is a bit too small to be functional. I round off this one, a bit, and not sharpen around there. It helps.

Thought people've been waiting for Busse folder for a looooong time now, no?

Oh yea, the folder's been talked about since the late 90's

I agree on the too small choil, I wish for a smallish fixed blade with a Rat like choil. Wonder if the yet to be released Badger will have the bigger choil?

That LONG??? . . . Wow!! . . .

To my limited knowledge, all small Busse has almost about the same choil size, . . . too small.

That's why I bought the INFIcoot, which is basicly the BUSSE (with Respirene C), but sports a much larger choil. (Cheaper than the REAL Busse, too!)

Now that I think about it, it has been longer than that. I have an article in an old magazine from about 96 or 97 that mentions the folder.

Depends on my mood.

Hi Paradiggum, That's a great edc set! The Basic 3 has been a recurring theme lately, I may have to look into it one of these days. For me its a hard choice between the Leaner Meaner and the AD as favorites in carry. Though the Meaner is getting more and more carry time.

Now, I wish I had more Busse to rotate . . . AD-satin with snake skin, is certainly one on my WTB list.

Just keep your eyes open. I had one drop in my lap about a month ago. $150 and it went home with me.

I just happened to be at the right gun show at the right time.
No regrets man. Been carrying it a lot lately.

Hey Santi....
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=343755

He isn't specific but if he owned it in 2002 it couldn't be anything but satin with snakeskin scales. That's all that was offered then.

Currently I have a Rat Tail around my neck. If I could get the right sheath I would carry my Urban Camo Public Defender more often. My Okuden Kydex sheath works on my tool belt but rides a little high on a regular belt.

Thanks for the head up, but I'll have to pass this one as for now. Couldn't afford to pay 250$ for it at the moment.
